A graduate profile is a
characteristic or role that can be performed by graduates in the field of
expertise or field of work after completing their studies. Profile of graduates
of the Education Management Doctoral Program, Postgraduate Programs of Unesa, include:
- Graduates have the potential to play a rose as
researcher who are competent in producing the development of theories, new
methods and the latest solutions through innovative inter-, multi-, or
transdisciplinary research in the field of Education Management.
- Graduates have the potential to become
professional educators (lecturers) who are able to manage learning and
map/explain learning concepts on the core substance and extension of
education management as well as the role of education administrators, the
role of education administrators in the fields of: education policy,
organizational development, and educational supervision.
- Graduates are able to lead, solve problems and
at the same time play a role as an agent of change in the implementation
of the education system through effective policies and strategies that are
made, thus the graduates have the opportunity to serve as
managers/administrators of educational units and leaders of educational
institutions at the regional and national levels.
- Graduates have the potential as education
consultants who are able to make effective and accountable recommendations
for educational units or institutions, both in the management of
educational resources, educational leadership strategies, educational
policies and in the development of educational organizations.
- Graduates have the potential to play a role as
developers and planners of educational programs who are able to develop
visible, innovative and effective educational plans and programs in
educational institutions, both at the micro, meso, and macro levels.
- Graduates are competent and professional in
carrying out their duties as educational supervisors, both in academic and
managerial scopes
