The Education Management Doctoral Program develops a strategy
by focusing on achieving the Vision, Mission and Objective that have been
developed with reference to the UNESA Postgraduate Vision, Mission and Goals.
In general, the study program development strategy is described as follows.
1.
Improving the quality standards
and educational services of the Study Program through optimizing UNESA's
internal quality assurance and increasing the accreditation status of the Study
Program;
2.
Improving a conducive academic
atmosphere through optimizing team teaching in scientific clusters to promote
an academic debate for enhancing theories development within the discipline;
3.
Enhancing the curriculum of the
Education Management Study Program in accordance with the Indonesian National
Qualifications Framework through optimizing scientific studies and discussions
according to the Education Management Study Division;
4.
Improving the performance of
lecturers in implementing the Three Pillars (Tri Dharma) of Higher Education in
the Field of Education Management to be able to produce innovative, original
and tested works in the Field of Education Management;
5.
Improving the quality and number
of publications for lecturers and students;
6.
Promoting the active
participation of lecturers in the Indonesian Association of Education
Management/Education Administration Study Program (APMAPI) organization and
expanding networks in the field of Education Management with educational unit
institutions and stakeholders at national, regional, and international levels.
